The Northern Junior has grown to be the largest independent national junior golf tournament in the Northeast. The staff heavily relies on the tournament website to publish tournament information, attract prospective players, and connect with parents and spectators. The website includes live scoring during the tournament, rotating press releases on the homepage, and a photo gallery, as well as links to their Facebook and Twitter pages.
Like many small businesses, Chris Cote's Golf Shop had an outdated website that they kept active just to say that they had a website. We worked with them to transform their website into a marketing tool to display their latest products, promotions and specials. Golfers can contact the golf shop directly with any questions and receive immediate responses to their questions.
The team at Virginia Wealth Management Group needs a very professional website to reach out to their currentclients and help to attract new ones. The site needed to be content-rich with information about the company and how to invest, while still being easy to navigate. I designed and created a site that accomplished both of those tasks, and provided access to a Client Portal, which allows current clients to view their portfolio.
The Joe Cheves Junior Invitational is a national junior golf tournament held each year at Mimosa Hills Country Club in Morganton, North Carolina. With a very limited budget, the tournament was never able to afford the high costs of a website and relied on paper mailings and flyers.
I helped to design a site that showcases the tournament and allows the tournament staff to publicize the invitation criteria, as well as pertinent tournament annoucements.
Omega Painting was founded in 1974 and has always used traditional means of advertising, such as newspapers and classified ads. I built a website for them and used it to expand their business and reach new clients from around New England. Clients can also use the "Request an Estimate" form to receive accurate quotes via e-mail. .
Escape Rentals & Tours is a snowmobile rental company located in Upstate New York. They needed a simple website where they could display their prices and demonstrate how fun a snowmobile can be. We filled their site with multimedia content aimed at getting them new clients along with a full outline of prices and packages.
I build clean and creative websites that are very functional and comply to the latest web standards. I use a variety of software for my designs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash. I code my websites with XHTML and CSS, using PHP, MySQL and Javascript as tools to accomplish the desired the task. I am also the Assistant Golf Professional at New Haven Country Club and I compete in numerous professional and mini-tour events across the country. I played Division I Collegiate Golf for the College of William and Mary and currently hold all 12 school scoring records. |

I am a Golf Professional and Freelance Web Design based in Hartford, Connecituct. I am a freelance web designer and developer and have over a decade's worth of experience. I have designed numerous websites for a variety of small businesses, golf courses and tournaments. I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in Computer Science and Economics.
Our family established the Stan Trojanowski Northern Junior in 2001 in memory of my grandfather, Stan Trojanowski, who passed away in 2001 due to Mesothelioma. The tournament is a 36-hole nationally ranked junior golf tournament that aims to provide the highest level of competition for top junior golfers from around the country. The tournament is conducted over two days at Ellington Ridge Country Club in Ellington, Connecticut. As the tournament director, I am responsible for the organization and operation of the tournament. Our tournament committee works tirelessly throughout the year to produce what is regarded as the premiere junior tournament in New England.
